In any property market, but particularly in a falling market, property owners need sound advice in order to maximise their financil position in property related matters be it buying or selling a property, seeking mortgage finance, renting or taking out insurance over the buildings. My job is to provide clients with valuation and property consultancy advice that is sound, professional and independant and that it accurately reflects the market, in order to assist them in achieving their property goals. As a senior member of the New Zealand Property Institute I abide by their Code of Ethics and Valuation Standards. I have a Bachelor of Agriculture degree and a post graduate Diploma in Valuation and Property Management. I am also the Director of Lawson Valuation Ltd and have 27 years experience as a Registered Valuer
